The linear control protocol is proposed based on two reasonable assumptions. The research uses algebraic graph theory, stability theory and matrix theory to analysis the system matrix and dynamic characteristics of the closed-loop system under the protocol, and obtains the sufficient condition, which is related to the topology of the system, the sampling period and the control parameters, to guarantee the class of hybrid heterogeneous mult i - a g e n t s y s t e m t o a c h i e v e t h e g r o u p c o n s e n s u s a s y m p t o t i c a l l y .
