    摘要:

    靶載雷達是靶彈供靶飛行構設空中攻擊態(tài)勢的重要組成部分,承擔著(zhù)模擬導彈飛行末端雷達搜索、跟蹤、穩定照射的作用;具備著(zhù)結構復雜,故障率高、故障類(lèi)型多等特點(diǎn),需要經(jīng)過(guò)多次測試,完成故障的排除才具備投入應用的條件;為有效提高靶載雷達的技術(shù)保障效率,設計并實(shí)現了靶載雷達多功能測試系統;硬件部分以PXI工控機為核心,針對性的進(jìn)行了信號適配,實(shí)現了模擬量、開(kāi)關(guān)量、數字量信號的輸入采集,模擬量、開(kāi)關(guān)量的輸出控制,通過(guò)串口和網(wǎng)口實(shí)現了通用儀器儀表的控制;根據靶載雷達的工作流程及指標要求完成軟件層次化設計,實(shí)現了手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)相結合的測試功能。同時(shí)系統能夠完成測試數據的記錄功能,可以追溯整個(gè)測試過(guò)程。實(shí)際應用測試證明該系統工作穩定,可靠性高,能夠滿(mǎn)足靶載雷達批量測試保障和特定故障定位的需求。

    Abstract:

    Radar of target missile is an important component of the aerial attack situation of target missile feeding flight structures,responsible for simulating the search ,tracking and stable illumination of radar at the end of missile flight. It has the characteristics of complex structure, high failure rate, and multiple types of faults, and requires multiple tests to complete the troubleshooting before it can be applied. In order to effectively improve the technical support efficiency of target borne radar, a multifunctional testing system for target borne radar is designed and implemented. The hardware part is centered around the PXI industrial computer, and targeted signal adaptation is carried out to achieve input acquisition of analog, switch, and digital signals, output control of analog and switch signals, and control of general instruments and equipment through serial and network ports. According to the testing workflow and indicator requirements of the target borne radar, software hierarchical design is completed, and a combination of manual and automatic testing functions is achieved. At the same time, the system can complete the recording function of test data and trace the entire testing process. Practical application testing is proven that the system works stably, has high reliability, and can meet the needs of target borne radar testing support and specific fault location.
