    摘要:

    針對線(xiàn)圈式磁傳感器隨測量轉速變化所產(chǎn)生的電動(dòng)勢信號幅值線(xiàn)性變化,為實(shí)現此類(lèi)幅值與周期動(dòng)態(tài)變化信號的無(wú)失真采集,設計了一種增益隨輸入信號幅值水平改變的自適應增益采集系統。本系統以現場(chǎng)可編程門(mén)陣列(FPGA)為控制核心,對輸入信號幅值進(jìn)行分析,根據幅值分析結果控制電路增益在-20dB~80dB范圍內自適應改變,并記錄系統當前時(shí)刻增益,根據當前增益還原得到輸入信號,將增益信號和還原信號同步存儲。采集信號經(jīng)自適應增益后輸出信號幅值控制在設定范圍內,利于對動(dòng)態(tài)信號中不同幅值區間信號變化細節直接觀(guān)察。通過(guò)幅值在20μV~10V范圍內轉速信號輸入測試,系統自適應增益后信號幅值控制在了0.1V~4V范圍內,實(shí)現了對動(dòng)態(tài)轉速信號的無(wú)失真采集,驗證了本自適應增益采集電路的性能,在高動(dòng)態(tài)幅值信號采集領(lǐng)域,具有良好的應用前景。

    Abstract:

    The amplitude of the electromotive force signal generated by the coil magnetic sensor varies greatly with the change of measuring speed. In order to realize the distortion-free acquisition of such amplitude and periodic dynamic change signals, an adaptive gain acquisition system with the gain changing with the amplitude level of the input signal is designed. The system takes field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the control core, analyzes the amplitude of the input signal, and adaptively changes the gain of the control circuit in the range of -20dB~80dB according to the amplitude analysis result, records the current gain of the system, restores the input signal according to the current gain, and synchronously stores the gain signal and the restore signal. After adaptive gain, the amplitude of the output signal is controlled within the set range, which is conducive to the direct observation of the details of signal changes in different amplitude ranges of dynamic signals. Through the speed signal input test in the range of 20μV~10V, the signal amplitude of the system after adaptive gain is controlled in the range of 0.1V~4V, and the dynamic speed signal is acquired without distortion, and the performance of the adaptive gain acquisition circuit is verified. It has a good application prospect in the field of dynamic signal acquisition with high amplitude.
