    隨著(zhù)人工智能研究的進(jìn)一步加深,以及在俄烏戰場(chǎng)上相關(guān)技術(shù)的大放異彩,其在軍事領(lǐng)域扮演的角色越來(lái)越重要。針對于日益復雜的戰場(chǎng)環(huán)境,當前的導彈突防領(lǐng)域存在著(zhù)信息維度高、指揮反應緩慢、突防機動(dòng)戰術(shù)不夠靈活等問(wèn)題。提出了一種基于多智能體深度確定性策略梯度(MADDPG)的訓練方法,用以快速制定導彈攻擊機動(dòng)方案,協(xié)助軍事指揮官進(jìn)行戰場(chǎng)決策。同時(shí)改進(jìn)算法的經(jīng)驗回放策略,添加經(jīng)驗池篩選機制縮短訓練的時(shí)長(cháng),達到現實(shí)場(chǎng)景中的快速反應需求。通過(guò)設置多目標快速攔截策略,仿真驗證了所設計的方法能夠突防的機動(dòng)策略?xún)?yōu)勢,通過(guò)協(xié)作智能地對目標進(jìn)行突防打擊,并通過(guò)比較,驗證了本方法相較其他算法可以提升8%的收斂速度以及10%的成功率。

    Abstract:

    With the further deepening of artificial intelligence research and the shine of related technologies on the battlefield of Russia and Ukraine, its role in the military field has become more and more important. In view of the increasingly complex battlefield environment, the current missile penetration field has problems such as high information dimension, slow command response, and inflexible penetration maneuver tactics. In this paper, a training method based on multi-agent deep deterministic strategy gradient (MADDPG) is proposed to quickly generate missile attack maneuver schemes to assist commanders in making battlefield decisions. At the same time, the experience playback strategy of the algorithm is improved, and the experience pool filtering mechanism is added to shorten the training time and meet the rapid response requirements in real scenarios. By setting the multi-target rapid interception strategy, the simulation verifies the maneuvering strategy advantages of the designed method that can penetrate defense, intelligently and collaboratively strikes the target, and verifies that the method can improve the convergence speed and 10% success rate by 8% compared with other algorithms through comparison.
