    摘要:

    試飛數據是民機飛行試驗的重要產(chǎn)物,具有測量參數數量大,數據體量大,飛行試驗數據與試飛任務(wù)信息關(guān)聯(lián)性強等特征,支撐飛機型號取證與設計優(yōu)化等任務(wù)。試飛數據平臺數據架構對多源異構數據集成接入、多類(lèi)形態(tài)數據存儲管理、多種層次數據處理分析等技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,采用湖倉一體的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和方法打造試飛數據全集。試飛數據接入采用流批一體的數據處理技術(shù),融合Spark和Flink主流數據處理引擎,具備試飛數據快速入庫能力。提出按秒聚合方法,具備PB級多維度試飛數據壓縮存儲功能,存儲性能提升近10倍;采用以秒為索引條件支持快速檢索,強化數據湖查詢(xún)能力。研究數據倉庫技術(shù),設計試飛數據多層數據模型,具備多維信息精細查詢(xún),多層數據靈活鉆取,多功能自定義函數集成等功能,并成功應用在某型國產(chǎn)民機的飛行試驗數據管理中,服務(wù)于試飛數據用戶(hù),提高了試飛數據管理效率與試飛數據應用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    Flight test data is an important output of civil aircraft flight tests, characterized by a large number of measurement parameters, large data volume, and strong correlation between flight test data and test flight mission information, supporting aircraft type certification and design optimization tasks. The data architecture of the flight test data platform integrates multiple heterogeneous data sources, manages various types of data in different formats, and provides multi-level data processing and analysis functions, creating a unified data lakehouse for flight test data. The data processing technology used for flight test data integration adopts a hybrid approach of stream-batch integration, incorporating mainstream data processing engines such as Spark and Flink, with the ability to quickly ingest flight test data into the data platform. The platform proposes a method of aggregation at the second level, with PB-level multidimensional flight test data compression and storage capabilities, supporting fast retrieval based on second-level indexing conditions and enhancing data lake query capabilities. Data warehousing technology is also studied, with the design of a multi-layer data model for flight test data, supporting fine-grained queries for multidimensional information, flexible drilling down into multiple layers of data, and integration of custom functions, which has been successfully applied in the management of flight test data for a certain type of domestic civil aircraft, serving flight test data users and improving the efficiency and value of flight test data management.
