    摘要:

    對災區實(shí)際數據進(jìn)行精準的獲取、處理與傳輸是應急測繪中迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。為提高提高區域無(wú)人機航空應急測繪精度,利用傾斜攝影測量技術(shù),從硬件和軟件兩個(gè)方面,設計區域無(wú)人機航空應急測繪系統。設計傳感器、驅動(dòng)器和航空控制器,保證無(wú)人機能夠按照指定航線(xiàn)飛行,加設傾斜攝影元件,為傾斜攝影測量技術(shù)提供硬件支持,調整無(wú)人機航空發(fā)動(dòng)機保證飛行動(dòng)力,根據應急情況對硬件設備進(jìn)行特殊處理。在測繪區域內,規劃無(wú)人機的航行軌跡,利用傾斜攝影測量技術(shù),獲取區域影像數據。通過(guò)勻光勻色、畸變校正兩個(gè)步驟,實(shí)現初始影像的預處理。計算區域主體的幾何數據,通過(guò)制圖與標注,得出系統的應急測繪結果。系統測試結果表明,設計系統的測繪范圍更大,主體面積和位置的測繪誤差分別降低約0.7km2和1.2km2,能夠有效提高區域無(wú)人機航空應急測繪精度。

    Abstract:

    Accurately obtaining, processing, and transmitting actual data in disaster areas is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed in emergency surveying and mapping. In order to improve the accuracy of regional drone aviation emergency surveying and mapping, a regional drone aviation emergency surveying and mapping system is designed using tilt photogrammetry technology from both hardware and software aspects. Design sensors, drivers, and aviation controllers to ensure that drones can fly according to designated routes, install tilt camera components to provide hardware support for tilt photogrammetry technology, adjust drone aviation engines to ensure flight power, and perform special handling of hardware equipment according to emergency situations. In the surveying area, plan the navigation trajectory of the drone and use oblique photogrammetry technology to obtain regional image data. Pre processing of the initial image is achieved through two steps: uniform light and color, and distortion correction. Calculate the geometric data of the main body of the area, and obtain the emergency mapping results of the system through mapping and annotation. The system testing results indicate that the designed system has a larger surveying range, with surveying errors of approximately 0.7 km2 and 1.2 km2 for the main area and position, respectively, which can effectively improve the accuracy of regional unmanned aerial vehicle aviation emergency surveying.
