    摘要:

    針對現有導彈測試設備存在的裝備體積大、結構復雜、維修困難、測試時(shí)間長(cháng)等突出問(wèn)題,提出一種基于PCI總線(xiàn)和虛擬儀器技術(shù)的便攜式測試系統設計方案。在分析電液伺服機構工作原理基礎上,推導建立其數學(xué)模型;根據伺服機構動(dòng)態(tài)測試需求,完成測試系統硬件設計和選型,按照“模塊化、標準化、小型化”的原則,采用工控機控制PCI-1742U多功能數據采集卡實(shí)現測試過(guò)程中的信號激勵和采集;基于Visual Studio軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺,編制動(dòng)態(tài)測試軟件,實(shí)現測試過(guò)程中激勵信號參數設置、數據采集、信號處理,以及數據管理等功能;最后通過(guò)基于正弦相關(guān)分析法和基于chirp信號的測試方法的仿真測試實(shí)驗分析了采樣頻率對測試結果的影響。

    Abstract:

    A portable test system based on PCI bus and virtual instrument technology was proposed to solve the problems of existing missile test equipment, such as large size, complex structure, difficult maintenance and long test time. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of electro-hydraulic servomechanism, its mathematical model was deduced and established. According to the dynamic testing requirements of the servo mechanism, the hardware design and selection of the test system were completed. According to the principle of "modularization, standardization and miniaturization", the industrial computer was used to control the PCI-1742U multi-function data acquisition card to realize the signal excitation and acquisition during the test process. Based on Visual Studio software development platform, the dynamic test software was compiled to realize the functions of excitation signal parameter setting, data acquisition, signal processing and data management in the test process. Finally, the influence of sampling frequency on the test results was analyzed through simulation test experiments based on sine correlation analysis and chirp signal test method.
