    摘要:

    為解決實(shí)驗室船舶操縱性約束模實(shí)驗中的測量及數據分析處理技術(shù)問(wèn)題,開(kāi)發(fā)組建實(shí)驗測量系統,推導數據分析處理方法,以期實(shí)現約束模實(shí)驗的測量與數據在線(xiàn)分析處理。根據前期研究經(jīng)驗,設計了較為完善的測量硬件系統方案;其中為實(shí)現約束模中精確的零相位整周期測量要求,采用光電開(kāi)關(guān)利用數據采集卡的硬件觸發(fā)啟動(dòng)功能來(lái)實(shí)現,并給出了整數周期測量的方案;利用最小二乘擬合及傅里葉分析等方法推導給出各船舶水動(dòng)力導數數據處理方法。在此基礎上,作為重點(diǎn)編寫(xiě)了完整的在線(xiàn)測量與數據在線(xiàn)分析程序,主要功能內部獨立實(shí)現;該系統手工介入頻度低,基本實(shí)現了測量的自動(dòng)化,效率得到大幅提高。最后展開(kāi)實(shí)際測量驗證,數據的擬合結果與測量結果符合良好,驗證了本文系統的可靠性;同時(shí)處理結果顯示船舶附加質(zhì)量導數Yv同船舶慣性質(zhì)量很接近,而導數Yr',Nv'數值很小近于零。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the practical experiment measurement and data processing problems for ship maneuverability captive model tests, a hardware system is designed and set up, data processing algorithms are derived to obtain the hydrodynamic derivatives on-line. A comprehensive measuring system is developed as well as the measuring schemes; to achieve precise timing at zero-phase angle for starting data acquisition, a high-speed infrared photoelectric switch is employed with the help of the trigger function of the data acquisition card, and a scheme is proposed to ensure integral number of motion period. Utilizing Least-Square-Fitting and Fourier-Analysis methods, data analysis algorithms are derived to fulfill the object of identifying ship maneuverability derivatives. A measuring and analysis software program, as the key object of this paper, is coded, which meets the practical requirements of captive model tests with satisfaction, its main and elementary functions are implemented internally with little outer dependency, the program requires little human interference and achieve an agreeable level of automation. Model experiment is carried out to demonstrate the hardware and software system, which yields agreeable results. Meanwhile, the results show that the ship’s derivative Yv is pretty close to its inertial mass, and the derivatives Yr',Nv' are a minor value.
