    設計了一種基于疊加型級聯(lián)長(cháng)周期光纖光柵的溫度與應變雙參量同時(shí)測量方案,該方案結構小巧、成本低、制作簡(jiǎn)單。方案在同一段光纖上重疊寫(xiě)入周期為的兩個(gè)子柵,構成了疊加型級聯(lián)長(cháng)周期光纖光柵,這種疊柵的透射譜穩定可控,避免了串聯(lián)式長(cháng)周期光纖光柵透射譜諧振峰過(guò)于密集多峰、過(guò)于敏感不適合作為測量標的的缺陷。通過(guò)數值方法分析了不同周期、不同階次諧振峰分別與溫度及應變靈敏度的關(guān)系,仿真表明:在給定參數下,光柵的周期越大、兩子光柵的周期差也越大時(shí)溫度與應變靈敏度也越高,選用的兩個(gè)諧振峰階次越高、階次的差異越大時(shí)溫度與應變靈敏度也越高。利用仿真結果設計了增敏的傳感解調矩陣,并對矩陣進(jìn)行了攝動(dòng)分析,結果表明得到的解調矩陣相對于其他方案的條件數更低,有效提高了傳感器的抗擾性,減小了測量誤差對測量精度的影響。

    Abstract:

    A dual-parameter simultaneous measurement scheme of temperature and strain based on superimposed long period gratings(SLPFG) is designed, which is compact in structure, low in cost and simple in fabrication.In the scheme, two sub-gratings with periods and are overlapped and written on the same fiber to form a superimposed long period grating(SLPFG). The transmission spectrum of this grating is stable and controllable, this avoids the disadvantages that the resonance peaks of the transmission spectrum of the tandem type cascaded long-period fiber grating(CLPFG) are too dense and multi-peaked, too sensitive, and not suitable as a measurement target.The relationship between different grating pitch, different order resonance peaks and temperature and strain sensitivity is analyzed by numerical method.The simulation shows that: under the premise of fixing certain parameters, the greater the absolute pitch of the grating and the greater the difference of the pitch between the two sub-gratings, the higher the temperature and strain sensitivity. The higher the order of the selected two resonance peaks and the greater the difference in order, the higher the temperature and strain sensitivity will be.Based on the simulation results, a sensor demodulation matrix with enhanced sensitivity is designed, and the perturbation analysis of the matrix is carried out. The results show that the obtained demodulation matrix has a lower condition number than other schemes, which effectively improves the immunity of the sensor,reducing the influence of measurement error on measurement accuracy.
