    摘要:

    針對格雷碼式風(fēng)向傳感器的核查需求,尤其針對隱性故障較難排查的問(wèn)題,設計了風(fēng)向傳感器現場(chǎng)自動(dòng)核查儀系統。通過(guò)電源模塊設計,實(shí)現電池供電,傳感器直接接入即可檢測,并且無(wú)需額外給傳感器供電;通過(guò)格雷碼點(diǎn)位檢測(格雷碼的每個(gè)點(diǎn)位都有高低電平變化、相鄰2組的格雷碼只變化1個(gè)點(diǎn)位和格雷碼不同點(diǎn)位存在不同的高低電平交替出現的規律)和風(fēng)向值檢測(0°檢測點(diǎn)讀數正常、風(fēng)向值依次變化規律和所有風(fēng)向值都應出現)等方法,操作方法更簡(jiǎn)便且可更全面地排查故障。本系統通過(guò)了模擬故障測試和省市縣相關(guān)氣象部門(mén)的業(yè)務(wù)試用。結果表明,本系統便攜易用,檢測周期縮短到5秒,檢測結果的輸出清晰準確,能較好地滿(mǎn)足風(fēng)向傳感器現場(chǎng)核查的業(yè)務(wù)要求。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Aiming at the verification requirements of Gray code type wind direction sensors, especially for hidden faults that are difficult to troubleshoot, the on-site automatic verification system is designed. Through the design of the power supply module, the battery is realized, the sensor can be detected directly, and there is no need to additionally power the sensor; through the Gray code point detection (each point of the Gray code has a high and low level change, the Gray code of the adjacent 2 groups only changes by 1 point and The regularity of alternating high and low levels at different points of the Gray code) and wind direction value detection (the reading at 0° detection point is normal, the wind direction value changes in sequence, and all wind direction values should appear) and other methods, the operation method is simpler and more comprehensive troubleshooting. The system has passed the simulated fault test and the business trial of relevant meteorological departments of provinces, cities and counties. The results show that the system is portable and easy to use, the detection period is shorted to 5 seconds, the output of the detection results is clear and accurate, and it can better meet the business requirements of on-site verification of wind direction sensors.
