    摘要:

    針對某高超聲速風(fēng)洞模型底壓量值低精確測量難度大、底壓傳感器容易過(guò)溫超載等問(wèn)題,在某高超聲速風(fēng)洞中建立了一套可精確測量風(fēng)洞模型底壓的專(zhuān)用裝置。該裝置采用了小量程絕壓式薄膜電容規作為主要的測量元件,并有針對性的設計了傳感器過(guò)壓保護氣路、水冷隔熱結構和測控程序。該裝置布置于該風(fēng)洞試驗段內模型支撐機構上,可大幅縮短測壓氣路,減少轉接環(huán)節。該裝置在馬赫數5~9試驗條件下開(kāi)展了HB-2標模試驗驗證,試驗結果表明:該模型底壓精確測量裝置達到了設計要求,集成度高,故障率低,系統穩壓時(shí)間顯著(zhù)縮短,可快速響應模型底部壓力變化情況,可適應高馬赫數試驗條件下模型底壓測量要求,系統測量精度優(yōu)于0.5%,能大幅度提高了高超聲速風(fēng)洞模型底壓測量的精準度。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of measuring the model’s bottom pressure with low value and overheat threat of the pressure sensor, a special device was established in hypersonic wind tunnel to accurately measure the bottom pressure. The device uses small range absolute pressure film capacitor gauge as the main measuring element, and targeted design of sensor overload protection gas path, water cooling heat insulation structure and control program. The device is arranged on the model support mechanism of the wind tunnel test section, which can greatly shorten the pressure measuring gas path and reduce the switching link. The device was tested with HB-2 model at Mach number 5~9, the test results show that: The model’s bottom pressure precision measuring devices meet the design requirements, with high integration, low failure rate, the pressure stabilization time could be shortened significantly, and the device can response bottom pressure of the model change rapidly, can adapt to bottom pressure measurement requirement at high Mach number, the measurement precision is better than 0.5%, can greatly improve the accuracy of the model’s bottom pressure of the hypersonic wind tunnel.
