    摘要:

    針對裝甲車(chē)輛PHM系統性能評估過(guò)程中主觀(guān)性強、評語(yǔ)等級界限分明等問(wèn)題,采用主客觀(guān)組合賦權和改進(jìn)可拓云理論相結合的評估方法,增強了評估結果的客觀(guān)性和準確性;首先介紹了裝甲車(chē)輛PHM系統組成及其性能評估指標體系,然后采用基于“AHP-熵值”的組合賦權法確定指標權重系數,采用基于最優(yōu)云熵的改進(jìn)可拓云理論確定各指標云關(guān)聯(lián)度值,最后采用模糊綜合評判方法計算了4套裝甲車(chē)輛PHM系統性能。結果表明,改進(jìn)評估方法在不失準確性的同時(shí),能夠有效克服評估主觀(guān)性和評語(yǔ)等級界限分明性,為裝甲車(chē)輛PHM系統性能的優(yōu)化提供了借鑒和參考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of strong subjectivity and clear boundary of comment level in the performance evaluation of armored vehicle PHM system, the evaluation method combining subjective and objective combination weighting and improved extension cloud theory is adopted to enhance the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results; Firstly, the composition and performance evaluation index system of armored vehicle PHM system are introduced, then the index weight coefficient is determined by the combined weighting method based on "AHP entropy", and the cloud correlation value of each index is determined by the improved extension cloud theory based on optimal cloud entropy. Finally, the performance of four sets of armored vehicle PHM system is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the improved evaluation method can effectively overcome the subjectivity of evaluation and the clear boundary of evaluation level without losing accuracy, which provides a reference for the optimization of PHM system performance of armored vehicles.
