    摘要:

    城市道路基礎設施三維模型的重構,在城市道路BIM應用與數字化領(lǐng)域具有重大意義。針對城市交通基礎設施數字化重構的需求,對車(chē)載激光掃描與無(wú)人機傾斜攝影采集技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜合運用,提出一套從信息采集、空地點(diǎn)云配準、點(diǎn)云分割到三維重構的完整技術(shù)方法。首先使用車(chē)載激光掃描技術(shù)和無(wú)人機傾斜攝影技術(shù)對交通基礎設施信息進(jìn)行采集,并使用運動(dòng)恢復結構算法(Structure from Motion,SfM)生成基礎設施空地點(diǎn)云。其次使用迭代最近點(diǎn)法(Iterative Closest Point,ICP)對空地點(diǎn)云進(jìn)行精配準,然后利用基于PointNet網(wǎng)絡(luò )的方法對融合點(diǎn)云進(jìn)行語(yǔ)義分割。最后對分割出的交通基礎設施對象進(jìn)行三維重構。提出的空地融合的城市交通基礎設施數字化技術(shù)能夠高效地實(shí)現交通基礎設施重構,為城市交通基礎設施數字化提供基礎、為后續交通專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應用研究提供便利。

    Abstract:

    The reconstruction of three-dimensional (3D) model of urban road infrastructure is of great significance in the field of building information modeling (BIM) application and digitization of urban road. In order to meet the needs of digital reconstruction of urban transportation infrastructure, this paper makes a comprehensive application of vehicle-mounted laser scanning and UAV tilt photography technology, and proposes the methods for information collection, multi-source point cloud registration, point cloud segmentation and 3D reconstruction. Firstly, vehicle-mounted laser scanning technology and UAV tilt photography technology were used to collect traffic infrastructure information, and the structure from motion (SfM) algorithm was used to generate the point cloud of infrastructure. Secondly the iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm was used for multi-source point cloud registration, and the method based on PointNet network was used for point cloud segmentation. Finally, the 3D model of urban road infrastructure was reconstructed. The proposed methods can efficiently reconstruct the 3D model of urban road infrastructure, which provide the foundation for the digitalization of urban transportation infrastructure, and facilitate the application research in the subsequent transportation professional field.
