    摘要:

    傳統風(fēng)洞模擬測控系統容易受到測試位置干擾,導致控制效果不佳,針對該問(wèn)題,提出了基于嵌入式技術(shù)的風(fēng)洞模擬測控系統設計。在系統硬件部分,根據IEEE1588標準,設計總線(xiàn),在印刷電路板PCB上,確定布線(xiàn)層的層數,避免線(xiàn)路串擾。使用AT91 RM9200驅動(dòng)模塊控制開(kāi)關(guān),并在系統中嵌入測量?jì)x器和執行機構。在系統軟件流程設計過(guò)程中,通過(guò)嵌入模擬不同湍流特征脈動(dòng)風(fēng)場(chǎng),結合PID算法,設置閾值并計算風(fēng)洞模擬數據偏差值,通過(guò)調節積分控制風(fēng)洞模擬測控系統的運行。由實(shí)驗結果可知,該系統靜風(fēng)狀態(tài)下,與實(shí)際情況最大誤差為0.01cm;吹風(fēng)狀態(tài)下,與實(shí)際距離橫向最大相差0.01cm,縱向相差0.01cm,具有精準控制效果。

    Abstract:

    The traditional wind tunnel simulation measurement and control system is susceptible to the interference of the test location, resulting in poor control effect. To solve this problem, a wind tunnel simulation measurement and control system design based on embedded technology is proposed. In the hardware part of the system, the bus is designed according to the IEEE1588 standard, and the number of wiring layers is determined on the printed circuit board PCB to avoid line crosstalk. Use AT91 RM9200 drive module to control the switch, and embed measuring instruments and actuators in the system. In the design process of the system software process, the pulsating wind field with different turbulence characteristics is embedded and simulated, combined with the PID algorithm, thresholds are set and the deviation value of the wind tunnel simulation data is calculated, and the operation of the wind tunnel simulation measurement and control system is simulated by adjusting the integral control. It can be seen from the experimental results that the system has a maximum error of 0.01cm from the actual situation in the static wind state; in the blowing state, the maximum difference between the horizontal and the actual distance is 0.01cm and the vertical difference is 0.01cm, which has a precise control effect.
