The calibration database is used to improve the error of the power conversion chip, and the measurement frequency range and accuracy are improved. The test results show that the power meter can measure the peak/average power of RF signal in the frequency range of 2GHz～9GHz and the power of 0dBm～-50dBm, and output the detection waveform. The measurement error is less than 1dBm, which meets the design requirements. In practical application, the equipment is easy to operate and carry, improves the timeliness of equipment support, greatly saves maintenance cost, and has important economic and military significance.
