    摘要:

    高速列車(chē)車(chē)體橫向隨機振動(dòng)由車(chē)體的橫移振動(dòng)、側滾振動(dòng)和搖頭振動(dòng)三自由度合成,是影響車(chē)體橫向平穩性的關(guān)鍵。為了改善列車(chē)橫向運行平穩性,提高半主動(dòng)控制性能。本文通過(guò)建立某型高速列車(chē)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,對車(chē)體橫向振動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行分析,得出橫移振動(dòng)的加劇是造成車(chē)體合成橫向振動(dòng)和橫向平穩性惡化的主要原因。通過(guò)分析在傳統天棚阻尼控制算法下分別以車(chē)體合成橫向振動(dòng)和以橫移振動(dòng)為反饋對車(chē)體橫向振動(dòng)的控制效果,得出采用以車(chē)體橫移振動(dòng)為反饋的傳統天棚阻尼控制算法對車(chē)體橫向振動(dòng)的抑制效果更佳。在此基礎上,提出一種以車(chē)體橫移振動(dòng)為反饋的虛擬復合阻尼天棚控制算法,并進(jìn)行聯(lián)合仿真分析。結果表明:相比于被動(dòng)控制,采用本文提出的虛擬復合阻尼天棚控制算法后,車(chē)體合成橫向振動(dòng)加速度峰值、均方根值和平穩性改善率分別達到了46%、43%和19.5%,均高于采用傳統天棚阻尼控制算法。可見(jiàn)采用本文提出的虛擬復合阻尼天棚控制算法在抑制車(chē)體合成橫向振動(dòng),改善車(chē)體橫向平穩性方面控制性能更佳。

    Abstract:

    The transverse random vibration of a high-speed train is composed of three degrees of freedom of motion, roll and shake vibration, which is the key to the lateral stability of the train.In order to improve the train lateral running stability, improve the semi-active control performance.In this paper, a dynamic model of a high-speed train is established to analyze the lateral vibration characteristics of the vehicle body, and it is concluded that the aggravation of the lateral vibration is the main reason for the deterioration of the composite lateral vibration and lateral stability of the vehicle body.Based on the analysis of the control effect of the vehicle body composite transverse vibration and the transverse vibration of the vehicle body as feedback under the traditional ceiling damping control algorithm, it is concluded that the traditional ceiling damping control algorithm with the transverse vibration of the vehicle body as feedback has better suppression effect on the vehicle body transverse vibration.On this basis, a virtual composite damped ceiling control algorithm based on the feedback of vehicle body transverse vibration is proposed, and a joint simulation analysis is carried out.Results show that compared with the passive control, adopt virtual composite damping ceiling control algorithm is proposed in this paper, the synthesis of lateral vibration acceleration peak value of the body, root mean square value and the stability period reached 46%, 43% and 19.5%, respectively, were higher than the traditional ceiling damping control algorithm, is adopted in this paper, the virtual composite damping ceiling synthesis transverse vibration control algorithm in the inhibition of car body, improve body lateral stability has better control performance.
