    摘要:

    針對電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電口視覺(jué)定位系統存在的配置成本高、圖像處理算法復雜、環(huán)境適應性差等問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于超聲波測距的充電口位姿測量系統。首先對基于超聲波的充電口位姿的測量技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,然后對充電口的超聲位姿重構進(jìn)行了分析,采用了多點(diǎn)位超聲融合的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),最終實(shí)現了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電口位姿的測量。實(shí)驗結果表明測距模塊在300~1200mm范圍內測距精度可達±0.2959mm,位姿測量系統定位精度可達±1.5mm、±2.4°。經(jīng)實(shí)際應用發(fā)現該系統具有較強的魯棒性,達到了傳統視覺(jué)定位裝置的效果,滿(mǎn)足了電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電口位姿測量的工程需求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the existing problems of high configuration cost, complex image processing algorithm and poor environmental adaptability of the electric vehicle charging port visual positioning system, a charging port position and orientation measurement system based on ultrasonic ranging is proposed. Firstly, the measurement technology of the charging port pose and orientation based on ultrasound is studied, and then the reconstruction of the ultrasonic port pose and orientation of the charging port is analyzed. The key technology of multi-point ultrasonic fusion is adopted to finally realize the Measurement of charging port pose and orientation of the electric vehicle. The results show that the ranging module can measure ±0.2959mm in the range of 300~1200mm, the positioning accuracy of the attitude measuring system can reach ±1.5mm, ±2.4°.In practice, the system performs strong robustness, achieving the level of traditional visual positioning system and meeting the engineering needs of pose and orientation detection of the charging port of electric vehicles.
