    摘要:

    某試驗設備是開(kāi)展風(fēng)扇、壓氣機和渦輪葉片相關(guān)試驗研究的重要手段,配套的測控系統對于試驗設備的安全運行、狀態(tài)監控、數據采集、數據處理都非常重要。測控系統采用基于網(wǎng)絡(luò )化的三層結構,上位計算機通過(guò)工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)監控核心控制器、PLC以及測量系統,試驗現場(chǎng)采用核心控制器完成關(guān)鍵參數的集中控制,PLC完成各子系統的本地控制,測量系統采用基于PXIe的數采系統。依據測控系統的技術(shù)要求及技術(shù)指標,完成了總體方案和子系統詳細設計,并闡述了設計中的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)及解決措施。調試結果結合兩個(gè)典型狀態(tài)的數據曲線(xiàn),說(shuō)明本設計完全滿(mǎn)足各項技術(shù)指標要求,經(jīng)實(shí)際應用證明了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò )化的測控系統設計合理,滿(mǎn)足試驗要求。

    Abstract:

    A certain test facility is an important means to carry out experimental research on fans, compressors and turbine blades. The measurement and control system is crucial for the safe operation, condition monitoring, data acquisition and data processing of the facility. Three-layer structure based on network is adopted in the measurement and control system. Host computers monitor core controller, PLC and measurement system through industrial Ethernet. The core controller is used to control the key parameters. Local control is completed by PLC. The measurement system is based on PXIe system. According to the measurement and control system’s technical requirements and indicators, the overall scheme of the system and detailed design of each systems is completed, meanwhile the technological difficulties and solutions are elaborated. The debugging results are combined with the data curves of two typical states, which show that the design fully meets the technical indicators. The practical application shows that the design of the network-based measurement and control system is reasonable, and meet the test demands.
