    溫控器陶瓷殼內槽中具有高度不同的平面,且都有安裝孔,內槽深度在線(xiàn)測量難。針對底部有兩層平面的溫控器陶瓷殼,研究了一種基于零件角度預識別的多角度激光自適應測量?jì)炔凵疃鹊姆椒ā7椒ú捎枚嗉す猸h(huán)形光路結構,在環(huán)形支架上等距離安裝8個(gè)獨立可控的一字激光器。先通過(guò)拍照實(shí)時(shí)檢測零件正放的旋轉角度。然后自動(dòng)查找合適方向的激光器并開(kāi)啟,使其在內槽的各平面上形成相互平行的分段光斑。再利用激光三角法將光斑之間的距離值轉換為內槽的深度值。該方法可以根據零件的擺放,自動(dòng)選擇合適角度的照射激光,無(wú)需人工擺放零件,可自動(dòng)避開(kāi)干擾激光成像的區域。實(shí)驗結果表明,該方法測量結果準確可靠,測量誤差小于0.01mm。

    Abstract:

    There are planes with different heights in the inner groove of the ceramic shell of the temperature control relay, and they all have mounting holes. This article is aimed at the ceramic shell of the temperature control relay with two planes at the bottom,A method of multi-angle laser adaptive measurement of inner groove depth based on part angle pre-recognition was studied. The method uses a multi-laser ring optical path structure, eight independently controllable line lasers are equidistantly mounted on the ring support. First detect the rotation angle of the part in real time by taking a picture. Then automatically find the laser in the right direction and turn it on, it forms parallel segmented facula on each plane of the inner groove. Then the distance between facula is transformed into the depth of inner groove by laser triangulation. This method can automatically select a suitable angle of laser irradiation according to the placement of parts. Therefore, there is no need to manually place parts, and the area that interferes with laser imaging can be automatically avoided. The experimental results show that the measurement results of this method are accurate and reliable, and the measurement error is less than 0.01mm.
