    摘要:

    市場(chǎng)現存的智能控制器控制成功率低,控制過(guò)程消耗時(shí)間過(guò)長(cháng),整體性能較差。為了解決上述問(wèn)題,基于嵌入式軟PLC技術(shù)設計了一種新的智能控制器,在硬件元件功能方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設計,選用PLC6ED1055-1CB00-0BA0型號編輯器作為編輯模塊主參考元件,設定智能控制器編輯模塊,選用8460+8560系列增量型編碼器作為智能控制器編碼模塊的核心設備,選用ZQWL-CANET-1C111型號調試器實(shí)現智能控制器調控。以嵌入式為主的軟件操作主要采用直接存址方式進(jìn)行系統數據儲存,通過(guò)離散化處理實(shí)現控制程序,在理論操作的過(guò)程中需不斷注意對主系統軟件程序的保護,確保控制器工作過(guò)程的穩定性。為了驗證控制器效果,設定對比實(shí)驗,結果表明,基于嵌入式軟PLC技術(shù)的智能控制器控制成功率比傳統控制器高出15.28%,消耗時(shí)間更短,實(shí)用價(jià)值更高。

    Abstract:

    Existing intelligent controllers in the market have a low control success rate, the control process takes too long, and the overall performance is poor. In order to solve the above problems, a new intelligent controller was designed based on the embedded soft PLC technology, and the hardware component functions were optimized. The PLC6ED1055-1CB00-0BA0 model editor was selected as the main reference component of the editing module, and intelligent control was set. The editor module of the controller uses the 8460 + 8560 series incremental encoder as the core device of the intelligent controller encoding module. The ZQWL-CANET-1C111 debugger is used to control the intelligent controller. Embedded-based software operations mainly use direct storage to store system data. The control program is implemented through discrete processing. During the theoretical operation, continuous attention must be paid to the protection of the main system software program to ensure the controller's working process. stability. In order to verify the effect of the controller, a comparative experiment is set up. The results show that the intelligent controller based on the embedded soft PLC technology has a higher control success rate than traditional controllers by 15.28%, consumes less time, and has higher practical value.
