    摘要:

    針對電力計量裝置電壓異常的問(wèn)題,設計出了檢測電力計量裝置異常電壓狀態(tài)的檢測系統。該系統首先對檢測裝置的電壓、電流信息進(jìn)行采樣,然后將采集到的電壓、電流信息輸入至放大單元進(jìn)行信息放大。放大單元將放大后的信息輸出至A/D轉換單元進(jìn)行模數轉換,A/D轉換單元將輸出信號輸出至STM32F407VGT6計算單元進(jìn)行計算、分析。與STM32F407VGT6計算單元還連接有模擬開(kāi)關(guān),實(shí)現多路復用采集的方式,有效地節約了物質(zhì)資源,縮小了硬件使用面積。本文設計的系統還能夠實(shí)現數據的遠距離傳輸,使得更高一層管理系統實(shí)時(shí)獲取底層檢測數據,有助于用戶(hù)及時(shí)把握電力計量裝置的整體運行情況。通過(guò)試驗,結果表明,該系統的檢測數據準確性達100%,符合設計及使用要求,具備較強的實(shí)用性。

    Abstract:

    A detection system for detecting the abnormal voltage state of the power metering device is designed for the problem of abnormal voltage of the power metering device. The system first samples the voltage and current information of the detecting device, and then inputs the collected voltage and current information to the amplifying unit for information amplification. The amplifying unit outputs the amplified information to the A/D conversion unit for analog-to-digital conversion, and the A/D conversion unit outputs the output signal to the STM32F407VGT6 computing unit for calculation and analysis. An analog switch is also connected to the STM32F407VGT6 computing unit to implement multiplexed acquisition, which effectively saves material resources and reduces the hardware usage area. The system designed in this paper can also realize the long-distance transmission of data, so that the higher-level management system can obtain the underlying detection data in real time, which helps the user to grasp the overall operation of the power metering device in time. Through the test, the results show that the accuracy of the detection data of the system reaches 100%, which meets the design and use requirements, and has strong practicability.
