    摘要:

    冠心病的介入治療效果明顯、創(chuàng )傷小和恢復快,但在目前臨床上專(zhuān)科醫師模擬訓練和醫學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中無(wú)實(shí)踐對象,同時(shí)也容易受到輻射危害。現利用計算機等仿真技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)一款冠心病介入治療虛擬仿真操作訓練系統,核心技術(shù)主要包括冠心病介入治療設備基本單元、透明人體血管模型、無(wú)輻射仿DSA成像系統、三維動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)習軟件等。操作者能夠完全還原冠心病介入治療中各種操作流程、技巧和手法,而且無(wú)X線(xiàn)輻射,安全可靠;創(chuàng )造性的利用自主研發(fā)的透明人體模型反復進(jìn)行操作訓練,經(jīng)實(shí)驗測試后可在醫學(xué)生實(shí)踐教學(xué)中直接得到推廣運用,填補了本領(lǐng)域無(wú)實(shí)驗設備和受試對象的空白。

    Abstract:

    As we all know, coronary interventional therapy of coronary disease has advantages of obvious effect, less trauma and faster recovery. However, at present, there are no practical objects in clinical practice training and practice teaching of medical specialty, and they are also vulnerable to radiation damage at the same time. In this study we develop a virtual simulation system for coronary interventional therapy with computer simulation technology, which mainly include basic unit of interventional equipment for coronary heart disease, transparent human vascular model, radiation-free imitating DSA imaging system, and 3D animation learning software. User can not only restore the various operating procedures, techniques and techniques of interventional treatment of real coronary heart disease, has a strong sense of realism, with free X-ray radiation, safe and reliable. This system can also creatively use the home-made human model to carry out practical training in operation and training. It can be popularized and applied directly in the practice teaching of medical students, which filled the gaps in the field without lab equipment and subjects.
