摘要:

本文通過(guò)分析現階段電力設備監測手段存在的問(wèn)題,提出將采用先進(jìn)納米印制技術(shù)制備的智能柔性傳感器應用于電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中,在介紹智能柔性傳感器原理及材料配方、制備工藝的基礎上,對柔性傳感器在電力系統的適用場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行分析,并給出了典型場(chǎng)景的應用方案,提出了柔性傳感器在應用過(guò)程中的固定封裝和高壓絕緣方案,為電力設備的測溫測壓技術(shù)提供了一種較好的解決方案。

Abstract:

By analyzing the existing problems in the present stage of power equipment monitoring, this paper puts forward the application of advanced nano printing technology in the electric power system. Based on the introduction of the principle of smart sensor and material formula and preparation technology, the application scenarios of flexible sensors in power system are analyzed, and the application scheme of the typical scenario is presented. Also, the fixed encapsulation and high voltage insulation scheme are proposed in the process of application of flexible sensor, which provides a better solution for the temperature and pressure measurement technology of power equipment.
