摘要:

空燃比控制是發(fā)動(dòng)機性能實(shí)現中最重要的控制之一。基于玉柴某大型六缸單點(diǎn)氣體發(fā)動(dòng)機改多點(diǎn)電噴的基礎上進(jìn)行研究,在開(kāi)放式ECU基礎上針對燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機瞬態(tài)變化過(guò)程中的反饋時(shí)間延遲,構建了一種基于前饋PID算法的空燃比閉環(huán)控制策略,用來(lái)預判和補償空燃比超調和反饋時(shí)間延遲；解決了發(fā)動(dòng)機瞬變工況下空氣與燃氣的精確匹配問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對臺架模型和發(fā)動(dòng)機試驗的數據分析,結果表明基于前饋PID控制算法的空燃比閉環(huán)控制策略能夠進(jìn)一步提高燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的排放效率和動(dòng)力性。

Abstract:

Air-fuel-ratio control is one of the most important part to achieve engine performance. This electronic control system is based on a large six-cylinder gas engine of YuChai. Based on open ECU, it propose a kind of forward PID algorithm for the feedback time delay about transient change process in air-fuel-ratio closed-loop control system of Gas engine. This PID control algorithm is applied to estimate the overstrike of AFR and compensate the feedback time delay,which solved the exactly match problem of air and gas in the transient condition. The data analysis of simulation and the results of engine test shown that the AFR closed-loop control system based on forward PID algorithm can be used to improve the discharge efficiency and the power performance of gas engine.
