    摘要:

    為解決新型數字化電能表計量檢測與“溯源”問(wèn)題,通過(guò)引入“模擬式計量合并單元”、“計算型模擬標準表”、“數字合成模擬功率源”概念及設備,給出了數字化電能表“標準源比較法”、“標準表比較法”、“綜合比較法”三種檢測方案及其完整的標準傳遞/“溯源”系統,合理地把數字式電能表檢測與“溯源”納入到傳統電能表標準傳遞/溯源系統中,使數字化電能計量完全沿用模擬計量系統,簡(jiǎn)單、科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟地解決了數字化電能表檢測與“溯源”等技術(shù)問(wèn)題。數字量與模擬量電能計量體系的統一,承繼了電能計量標準傳遞/溯源系統不間斷鏈接性、穩定性、嚴肅性并具備一定的邏輯性、合理性、嚴謹性,降低了數字化計量系統風(fēng)險性。在數字化電能計量過(guò)程中去“數字化”是對電能計量技術(shù)的一種創(chuàng )新與發(fā)展。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve both the testing and the “tracing” problems of digital watt-hour meter, the concepts and equipment of “Analog Merging Unit”, “Computational Analog Reference Meter”, “Digital Synthetic Analog Power Source” was introduced, and three kinds of thorough testing methods, i.e., “Standard Source Comparison Method”, “Reference Meter Comparison Method”, and “Comprehensive Comparison Method”,as well as the corresponding complete standard transfer “tracing” systems was provided. By doing so, the testing and the “tracing” of digital watt-hour meter can be reasonably included into the standard transfer “tracing” system of the traditional watt-hour meter, so that digital electrical energy metering can adopt the analog metering system completely. Then, technical problems of the testing and the “tracing” of digital watt-hour meter can be solved concisely, scientifically, and economically. The unity of digital and analogelectricalenergy metering systems, inherits the uninterrupted continuity, stability, and seriousness of the standard transfer “tracing” system of electrical energy metering, and has certain logic, rationality and conscientiousness, and also reduces the risk of digital power energy metering system. Getting rid of the “digital” part during digital electrical energy metering process is an innovation and development for electrical energy metering technology.
