摘要:

針對傳統烘干設備存在效率低、箱體分離等問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于西門(mén)子S7-300 PLC的呼吸法真空烘干法,并設計了呼吸法真空烘干控制系統。系統以管路加熱和箱體加熱為基礎,利用WINCC、MP-277 HMI觸摸屏和S7-300 PLC結合對所采集的溫度信號進(jìn)行分析,然后依次完成烘干箱加熱、吹除和抽真空等工作流程。最后將壓力、溫度和時(shí)間等運行參數保存至工控上位機上。經(jīng)現場(chǎng)調試,本設計方案可行、穩定,具有一定的實(shí)用性。

Abstract:

The traditional drying equipment low efficiency exist, cabinet separation problem, based on Siemens S7-300 PLC vacuum drying method of breathing, and breathing designed vacuum drying control systems. Heating system piping and tank heating based on the use WINCC, MP-277 HMI touch screen and S7-300 PLC combination of temperature signals collected for analysis, followed by complete drying oven heating, blowing and vacuum, etc. Process. Finally, the preservation of pressure, temperature and time parameters are stored on the industrial PC. Industrial field applications shows that this design scheme is feasible, stable, and has a certain practicality.
