摘要:

為解決S+X雙頻合建大型測控天線(xiàn)S、X不能同時(shí)發(fā)射上行功率的技術(shù)難題，對天饋線(xiàn)系統主要組成部件包括：天線(xiàn)反射面、S/X雙頻饋源、S/X雙頻段旋轉關(guān)節等進(jìn)行了分析，并針對結構實(shí)現與電氣設計上的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)，給出了解決方案：電氣設計上采用TM01模式作為X頻段圓波導主要傳輸模式，采用TEM模式作為S頻段同軸波導傳輸模式；在結構上使用兩通路同軸嵌套的形式,完成了雙頻關(guān)節設計；通過(guò)電氣性能仿真，得到了滿(mǎn)意的結果,據此完成了雙頻旋轉關(guān)節方案設計。通過(guò)計算、仿真與優(yōu)化,結果表明所設計雙頻關(guān)節的電氣性能均優(yōu)于指標要求。采用該方案設計的某S+X雙頻合建大型測控天線(xiàn)實(shí)際使用表明：S、X能同時(shí)發(fā)射上行功率，同時(shí)構成天地測控回路。

Abstract:

In this paper, the charicteristics of S- and X-band high frequency rotary joint are researched. The technology difficulties of the configuration implement and the electric design are presented, and the resolving scheme about the technology difficulties is designed. With dual-channel coaxial nested shape used in the configuration, the design on dulal-band rotary joint was gained, and the simulation result was also satisfactory. By calculating, simulating and optimizing, the performance of the proposed dual-band rotary joint exceeds the product qualification.
