According to this situation,a set of test and analysis system of Ac asynchronous motor are developed based on C#.Firstly,this paper introduces the general structure of the system.Secondly,it gives communication design of the system.It also introduces detailedly the Ethernet communication between Siemens S7-1200 PLC and PC and the concrete implemention ways of RS485 communication between Siemens S7-1200 PLC and instruments.Then according to national standard GB/1032-2012,the test and analysis system of Ac asynchronous motor are developed and it gives the fuction of the system and designed means of database.Finally,though the cases of test,the system is proved to be practical and effective.
