摘要:

在飛機定型試飛時(shí),為了測試飛機重心處于使用包線(xiàn)范圍內的飛行性能和操穩特性,需要對飛機的重心位置進(jìn)行調控;因此,設計了一套基于嵌入式Linux的飛機重心調控系統,詳細說(shuō)明了系統的硬件設計、軟件設計以及對嵌入式Linux實(shí)時(shí)性的改進(jìn)增強;上位機采用Labwindows/CVI設計監控界面,可實(shí)時(shí)監控系統狀況；下位機控制器采用TI的AM4379作為主控芯片,在嵌入式Linux操作系統軟件平臺上進(jìn)行采集、控制、傳輸等任務(wù)；駕駛艙終端采用QT設計人機界面;經(jīng)過(guò)試驗表明,系統具有可靠性高、任務(wù)響應及時(shí)、調節速度快、調節精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract:

in order to test the control-stability and performances of the airplane,adjusting the barycentre of the trial flight is needed.So a set of barycentre control system is presented,which consists of the main computer,the controller and the cockpit terminal.the main computer is used to monitor the system,and the monitoring screen is designed by Labwindows/CVI;The controller runs Linux OS on the AM4379 processor chip,completing tasks such as datas acquisition,I/O control and transmission.The cockpit terminal uses QT tool to design the HMI.The hardware design,software design and the RT-performance improvements of the embedded Linux are mainly introduced.Tests show that this system has advantages of high reliability,short-time delay and fast control speed.
