    摘要:

    鄰井距離隨鉆探測是精細控制復雜結構井井眼軌跡的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一;基于旋轉磁場(chǎng)測距原理,研制了鄰井距離隨鉆電磁探測系統;該系統以安裝在鉆頭后方的磁短節作為交變磁場(chǎng)發(fā)生器,位于鄰井中的三軸磁場(chǎng)傳感器作為信號接收器;針對磁場(chǎng)信號低頻微弱特性,研制了低噪聲、窄通頻帶、高精度數據采集電路;采用改進(jìn)的DFT譜峰法,自動(dòng)跟蹤鎖定井下三軸磁場(chǎng)信號,濾除其它頻率的雜波和噪聲,精確提取出信號的幅值;采用曼碼通信將井下數據傳至地面儀,地面儀據此計算出鄰井之間的距離和方位,引導鉆進(jìn)作業(yè);室外測試和現場(chǎng)試驗表明,所研制的鄰井距離探測系統,最大有效測距距離可達50 m,可以滿(mǎn)足SAGD雙水平井和煤層氣連通井的鉆井工程實(shí)際需求。

    Abstract:

    Adjacent wells distance measurement while drilling is one of the key technologies to fine-grained control of complex structures wellbore trajectory. Based on the principle of rotating magnet ranging,an electromagnetic adjacent well detection system while drilling is developed. A magnetic short section is designed and installed behind the drill bit to generate the alternating magnetic field,a tri-axial magnetic field sensor is located in the adjacent well as a signal receiver,and a low-noise,narrow pass band,high-precision data acquisition circuit is developed to detect the weak low-frequency magnetic field signal. A filtering method based on the modified DFT peak spectrum value is proposed to track the alternating magnetic frequency accuratly and extract the magnetic amplitude precisely. The Manchester code communication is used to transmit the downhole data to the surface instrument. The surface instrument calculates the distance and orientation between adjacent wells and guides drilling operations. The outdoor and field tests showed that the maximum measurement distance range of the developed system is up to 50 meters,which can meet the actual demand of drilling engineering.
