    摘要:

    在進(jìn)行無(wú)人機燃油流量檢查過(guò)程中,發(fā)動(dòng)機在低轉速下試車(chē),燃油流量測量結果與理論值相差甚遠。為定位并分析故障產(chǎn)生原因,基于simulink建立了燃油渦輪流量傳感器數學(xué)邏輯模型進(jìn)行故障仿真。仿真結果表明,外界磁場(chǎng)通過(guò)燃油渦輪流量傳感器內部線(xiàn)圈耦合產(chǎn)生干擾信號,進(jìn)而轉換為干擾脈沖,使得脈沖頻率增大。在燃油測試臺上利用線(xiàn)圈瞬間通/斷電模擬外界磁場(chǎng)干擾進(jìn)行驗證試驗,進(jìn)一步驗證了仿真結果的正確性。對磁-電式渦輪流量傳感器排故工作具有指導意義。

    Abstract:

    The difference between the measured value and the theoretical value was great, when testing the fuel flow of UAV under engine running slowly condition. For locating and analyzing the fault cause, the logic model of oil turbine flowmeter was established and simulated based on simulink. The result of simulation showed that the fault was caused by external electromagnetic interference. First, external electromagnetic interference was coupled with the coil of turbine flowmeter to cause interferences. Then, the interferences were transferred to unwanted plus. Last, the frequency was larger than real value. Demonstration experiment was done on fuel testing equipment using external coil on-off electricity to imitate external electromagnetic interference, and the result had corroborated with the result of simulation. It has guiding value to fault elimination on magnetoelectric turbine flowmeter.
