摘要:

空調機組在實(shí)際運行的過(guò)程中,由于控制手段比較單一、運行參數波動(dòng)大,常常需要進(jìn)行人工調控。本文以PLC控制器為核心,設計了一套智能監控終端,通過(guò)對上位機和下位機程序的設計,完成了優(yōu)化運行和控制系統的設計,能夠同時(shí)完成系統各運行參數的優(yōu)化和各設備的自動(dòng)調控,大大提高了系統的調控效率和周期,降低了運行成本。

Abstract:

In actual operation of the unit, because of the singleness of the control means and the large fluctuation of operation parameters, the unit often needs manual control. The paper takes PLC as the core, intelligent monitoring was designed, and then the PC program and lower computer program controller of the control system was designed, the optimal operation and control system was designed, which lead to the operating efficiency of its units been significantly improved and the system power consumption value been reduced greatly.
