    摘要:

    為研究半導體器件的瞬態(tài)熱學(xué)特性,研制了基于半導體加熱制冷片(TEC)的小型快速高精度恒溫系統;論述了基于STM32F103RBT6的加熱制冷恒溫系統設計,系統以微控制器STM32F103RBT6,恒溫驅動(dòng)電路,TEC和溫度采集電路為硬件,用數字PID(proportion integration differentiation)算法實(shí)時(shí)調整輸出脈寬調制信號PWM(pulse-width modulation),直到溫度在預設精度范圍內,從而實(shí)現恒溫控制;系統采用H橋電路實(shí)現快速加熱制冷,恒溫驅動(dòng)電路采用無(wú)源濾波器和有源濾波器構成的混合濾波器大大降低了電流紋波,提高了系統控溫精度;實(shí)驗結果表明,恒溫系統工作穩定可靠,控制精度高,可快速加熱制冷,在微小型恒溫系統研制方面有一定的實(shí)用和推廣價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    To study the transient thermal characteristics of semiconductor devices, the small,quick and high-precision thermostat systems based on TEC is developed. Discussed the rapid heating and cooling system design based on STM32F103RBT6, the hardware system includes the system controller chips STM32F103RBT6, constant temperature driver circuit, thermo-electric cooler (TEC) and temperature acquisition circuit, digital PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) algorithm adjusted PWM(Pulse-Width Modulation) pulse width modulated signal output in real time until the temperature fluctuation within a preset range of accuracy. The system uses an H-bridge circuit to achieve rapid heating and cooling, Constant temperature driver circuit using hybrid filter composed of passive and active filters greatly reduced current ripple and improve the accuracy of temperature control system. Experimental results show that the thermostatic system is reliable, high control precision, fast heating and cooling, there are certain value of practical and promotion of aspects in the development of micro thermostat system.
