Aiming at the problem of disadvantages of low efficiency and long test cycle in the existing test system, to design an automatic test system(ATS) based on the Transducer Electronic Data Sheets TEDS and matric switch technology. The ATS achieves the function of the automatic reading of the sensor TEDS, the atomatic switch of the testing channels and the efficient matching of the test resources and tasks. The paper devise the structure of the ATS, the key technology of the ATS, and offer the experience for the compare with other types of the ATS. The result indicates that the system efficiently solve the problems of the existing ATS.
