摘要:

針對某變壓器生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)商的變壓器油在注入、凈油、儲存等工藝進(jìn)行研究,選用西門(mén)子S7-300PLC為核心控制器,運用Profibus-DP總線(xiàn)搭建了分布式I/O控制網(wǎng)絡(luò ),以MCGS軟件作為上位機開(kāi)發(fā)軟件設計了操作界面,對凈油工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn)并采用CMAC與PID并行控制策略對凈油溫度控制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高了凈油效率,能耗比原來(lái)降低近40%。使油品管理與使用實(shí)現自動(dòng)化,很好的滿(mǎn)足了變壓器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)需求。

Abstract:

In studied of the transformer manufacturer on injection, net oil, the process of storage, Using the Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core controller and the Profibus-dp bus to build a distributed I/O control network, MCGS software development as the upper machine software design of the interface, improved the oil purification technology and uses the CMAC and PID parallel control strategy to optimizing the oil temperature control, efficiency improved of the oil purification, energy consumption nearly 50% lower than before. Make the management of the oil and use of automation, good meets the requirements of transformer manufacturers.
