摘要:

針對如何改善熱導傳感器的信噪比問(wèn)題，以煤中氮元素的測試為載體，研究了采用熱導傳感器在測量煤中含氮百分比過(guò)程中改善測量精度的方法。對測量中存在的問(wèn)題：熱導池的不穩定性、溫度對試驗結果的影響、電源穩定性的影響以及濾波電路的選頻特性對對試驗結果的影響等進(jìn)行了原因分析，并逐個(gè)進(jìn)行了相應的方法優(yōu)化和設計改進(jìn)，最后通過(guò)對測氮系統的輸出信號進(jìn)行對比，結果顯示信噪比有較大提高。

Abstract:

In this paper, we introduce the improving method for the SNR of the thermal sensor. Taking the nitrogen element in coal as the carrier, the method of improving the accuracy of the measurement of the nitrogen content in coal by thermal conductivity sensor is studied..The problems existing in the measurement: thermal conductivity effects of temperature stability, the results of the test, stability of power and frequency selective characteristics of the filter circuit on test results of influence of reason analysis, and one by one were corresponding optimization methods and design improvement, finally through comparison of measuring the output signal of the nitrogen system, signal to noise ratio is greatly improved.
