The traditional manual test for the medical instrument circuit board exits many problems like low efficiency, low accuracy and complicated test tool, in order to solve these problems, improve the production efficiency and control the board quality, the virtual instrument technology and auto test system technology has been studied. An auto test system for electronic products’ performance is developed based on TestStand and LabVIEW. The system control the TestStand Engine to call the board’s test sequence, then the test sequence accomplished the test of the project according call the measurement routine designed with LabVIEW. A project of centralize configuration parameters and items grouping test is designed. Another automatic generation project of test product directory is designed too. The projects can simplify configuration of the system parameter and edit of the test sequence, and they can improve test efficiency. The experiments and practical application verify that the system possesses well versatility, extendibility and high efficiency.
