摘要:

鐵塔用角鋼在加工過(guò)程中需要進(jìn)行沖孔操作,會(huì )發(fā)出聲音,利用不同材質(zhì)角鋼發(fā)出聲音信號的不同,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套在線(xiàn)檢測系統。介紹了動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫中的AD_continu函數,通過(guò)對AD_continu函數的調用實(shí)現了LabVIEW軟件與數據采集卡的鏈接；提出了調用動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫中另一個(gè)重要函數：DI_soft函數,來(lái)實(shí)現LabVIEW軟件與光電開(kāi)關(guān)的鏈接；介紹了MATLAB script節點(diǎn),通過(guò)對MATLAB script節點(diǎn)的調用使LabVIEW與MATLAB軟件得以鏈接,從而實(shí)現了MFCC特征參數提取及基于DTW方法的距離值計算。該系統不僅可以實(shí)時(shí)顯示檢測結果、波形圖與頻譜圖,同時(shí)還能夠對信號進(jìn)行存儲分析。經(jīng)過(guò)現場(chǎng)測試,發(fā)現該系統能夠實(shí)現材質(zhì)的在線(xiàn)檢測。

Abstract:

TheSangleSsteelSusedSinStowerSneedStoSbeSpounchingSinStheSprocess,SandSitSwillSproduceSsound.ASsetSofSonlineStestingSsystemShasSbeenSdevelpedSaccordingStoSdifferentSmaterialsSemitSdifferentSsoundSsignal.In this paper, the dynamic link library of AD continu function has been introduced,and the links of the LabVIEW software and data acquisition card can be realized according to call it; Another important function named DI_soft function in dynamic link library has been put forward to realize the LabVIEW software and photoelectric switch link; It introduces the MATLAB script node, by calling the MATLAB script node to make the LabVIEW and MATLAB software link, ennabling the extraction of MFCC feature parameter and the calculation of distance value based on DTW method.The system can not only display real-time test results, the waveform and spectrum diagram, at the same time can also carry on the storage of the signal analysis.Through the field test, the system can realize online testing material.
