    摘要:

    針對以往水質(zhì)監控系統水質(zhì)傳感器數據采集盲區多,傳統處理器、通信模塊無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足大量的數據的處理和傳輸等問(wèn)題。設計并實(shí)現了一種基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的水質(zhì)在線(xiàn)監測系統。該系統由數據采集節點(diǎn)、數據匯聚節點(diǎn)與監測中心計算機構成。設計了以INA118儀用放大器為核心的微弱信號調理電路,通過(guò)STM32微處理器進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數據采集和處理,結合ZigBee低速短距離和CDMA2000高速遠距離通信等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)將水質(zhì)數據上傳至物聯(lián)網(wǎng)云平臺。監測中心計算機通過(guò)下載物聯(lián)網(wǎng)云平臺數據實(shí)時(shí)顯示。通過(guò)測量數據的對比性實(shí)驗,結果表明整個(gè)系統的實(shí)時(shí)性好、測量精度較高,溫度,pH值和電導率的平均相對誤差分別約為0.64%,1.33%和2.33%,能夠較好地滿(mǎn)足水質(zhì)監測的要求。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on the deficiencies of previous water quality monitoring and controlling systems such as the blind area of data acquisition in water quality sensor, a functional conventional processor and communication module that can't meet the need of a large amount of data processing and transmission, an online water quality monitoring system based on Internet-of-Things(IOT) technology is designed. The system consists of data acquisition node, data gathering node and monitoring center computer. This system uses INA118 amplifier as the core of weak signal conditioning circuit, and STM32 microprocessor to do real-time data acquisition and processing, and can upload water quality data to the cloud platform of IOT combined with IOT technologies of telecommunication such as low speed over short distances of ZigBee and high speed over long distances of CDMA200. Monitoring center computer can display real-time data by downloading from the IOT cloud. The measurement data of the comparative experiments shows that the whole system has a good real-time quality with high measurement accuracy. The average relative error of temperature, PH value and conductivity is about 0.64%, 1.33% and 2.33% respectively, and this result shows that the system can meet the requirements of water quality monitoring well.
