With the development of Global Navigation Satellite System , the software receiver plays a more and more important role in the experimentations of end-user receiver. Based on the analysis of GNSS tracking principle, we discussed the design of tracking loop parameters， then verified the tracking effect in different loop parameters through the simulation ,obtained the classical values of loop parameters at the common conditions, finally test results prove the rationality and validity of the tracking loop parameters selection via tracking verification of the actual collected intermediate-frequency satellite signal.
