摘要:

針對某銑刨機,研制了無(wú)線(xiàn)測控系統,其主要由PLC、通信模塊、繼電器、觸摸屏、路由設備、遠程終端等組成；在系統設計中,基于GE ifix環(huán)境開(kāi)發(fā)了基于Ethernet的測控軟件,解決了不同操作系統平臺和硬件環(huán)境下的兼容問(wèn)題；提出了主機掉線(xiàn)PLC狀態(tài)自保持、無(wú)線(xiàn)控制與本地控制冗余和控制指令優(yōu)先級劃分的技術(shù)思路,實(shí)現了系統可靠運行；該系統具備本地控制與無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控兩種控制方式,并已在該銑刨收機上得到應用,實(shí)現了平臺所有操作的無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控,無(wú)指令丟失和誤動(dòng)作。

Abstract:

An wireless control system is researched based on a milling machine. The system consists of PLC,communications module,relay,touch screen,router and long-distance terminal. The control system,designed based on GE ifix and Ethernet,solves the compatibility problems with different operating systems and hardware environments. The ideas of PLC state of self-sustaining when host dropped,wireless control and local control redundancy,and control instructions prioritization are proposed. The system with local control and wireless control has been applied on the milling machine and the wireless remote control of all operations has been realized with no instruction lost and misused. 
