摘要:

為了驗證大型結構體的設計合理性和產(chǎn)品可靠性,掌握結構體負荷承載能力,給出科學(xué)評價(jià)依據和指導意見(jiàn),需要科學(xué)有效的試驗手段為受試對象施加載荷,獲取結構體應變、位移等信息,為力學(xué)分析提供必要數據支撐。分析了試驗平臺的主要功能需求,研究了由荷載測控系統、應變測量系統、位移觀(guān)測系統、試驗管理系統和圖像監控系統組成的試驗平臺方案,重點(diǎn)論述了平臺的核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù),通過(guò)具體應用實(shí)例和試驗數據,指出了試驗平臺的應用領(lǐng)域及所能解決的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,最后總結了試驗平臺的特點(diǎn)和意義。

Abstract:

In order to verify large structure design rationality and reliability of the product,Master the structure load bearing capacity,Give the scientific evaluation criteria and guidance, Need to test the effective means of science subjects applied load,Gets the structure strain, displacement information, Provide necessary data support for mechanics analysis. Analysis of the main functional requirements of the test platform, Research on the test platform scheme is composed of load control system, strain measurement system, displacement observation system, test management system and image monitoring system, Focuses on the key core technology platform, with some application examples and experimental data, Pointed out the practical applications the test platform and can solve, Finally it summarizes the characteristics and significance of the test platform.
