摘要:

航空電動(dòng)舵機是飛行器控制系統的關(guān)鍵組成部分,為航空舵機設計高性能的控制器具有重要意義；針對航空舵機,設計并實(shí)現了一種采用MSP430單片機的稀土永磁無(wú)刷直流電機的舵機控制系統；提出系統的復合伺服控制策略并設計了控制系統結構;設計硬件與軟件系統實(shí)現復合伺服控制并進(jìn)行隨動(dòng)實(shí)驗測試,實(shí)驗結果顯示系統跟蹤誤差小,無(wú)超調量和靜態(tài)誤差,表明系統具有很好的穩態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)特性,控制效果良好。

Abstract:

Aviation electromechanical actuator is the key component of the aircraft control system, so it is very important to design high-functional controller for it. Design and implement a kind of REPM-BLDCM actuator control system based on MSP430 MCU for aviation actuator. The compound servo control strategy which is combination of feed-back control and feed-forward control of the system is brought up, and the control system architecture is designed. Hardware and software system are designed to realize compound servo control and Tracking-experimental test is taken, the experimental results show that the tracking error is small, no overshoot and static error, so the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of system are good,the control system works well.
