    以全方位移動(dòng)平臺為研究對象,針對移動(dòng)平臺的全向運動(dòng)控制,基于TI公司的TMS320F2812和無(wú)線(xiàn)數傳模塊設計了無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控系統;該系統將數據采集程序、通信協(xié)議和糾錯編碼算法集成在高速DSP系統上,具有信道選擇靈活、接口標準、易維護的優(yōu)點(diǎn);并且對遙控通信系統的硬件和軟件進(jìn)行了設計,構建了適合于移動(dòng)平臺的可靠通信協(xié)議;最后進(jìn)行了傳輸距離和響應時(shí)間試驗,試驗結果是無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控系統的穩定傳輸距離可達100 m,發(fā)射端和接收端的響應時(shí)間分別小于20 ms和80 ms,數據傳輸錯誤率低于0.003%且可完成數據的及時(shí)更新;試驗結果表明該系統的響應時(shí)間短,數據傳輸穩定,可以完成對移動(dòng)平臺的實(shí)時(shí)全向運動(dòng)姿態(tài)的操控。

    Abstract:

    A wireless control system based on TI’s TMS320F2812 and wireless data transmission module for Omni-directional mobile platform was designed. The data collection procedures, communication protocols and error correction coding algorithm of this system were integrated in the high-speed DSP, which has the advantages of flexible channel selection, interface standards, and easy to maintain. In order to complete the Omni-directional motion of platform, the hardware and software of remote communication system and reliable communication protocol suitable were given. At last, the results of tests have been get that the stable transmission distance of the wireless control system is up to 100 m, the response time of transmitter and receiving are 20 ms and 100 ms respectively, data transmission error rate is less than 0.003% and data update can be completed in time. The results show that the system has the advantages of short response time and stability of data transmission, which could complete the motion control of omni-directional mobile platform in real-time.
