摘要:

針對基于PC機的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)控制系統成本較高,且Linux、Windows等非實(shí)時(shí)操作系統的響應實(shí)時(shí)性不佳的問(wèn)題,設計了基于μc/os II的嵌入式EtherCAT工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)控制系統；首先,闡述了EtherCAT技術(shù)的基本原理,然后在設計好主站系統基本框架的基礎上,給出了一個(gè)短延時(shí)的過(guò)程數據收發(fā)模型并對其進(jìn)行時(shí)延分析；最后,在硬件系統上測量了過(guò)程數據的傳輸延時(shí),以及各個(gè)過(guò)程對總體延時(shí)的影響；實(shí)驗結果表明,系統在傳輸10個(gè)字節過(guò)程數據量的情況下傳輸延時(shí)約為154 μs,該傳輸速率可以滿(mǎn)足大部分的工業(yè)實(shí)時(shí)監控要求。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of PC-based industrial Ethernet control system cost higher, and the bad real-time performance of some non-real-time operating system such as Linux and Windows, here design a EtherCAT industrial control system based on μc/os II. the paper introduces the basic principle of EtherCAT and then designs the framework of the master system. After that, provide a short delay model of the process data transmission. Last, we test the transmission delay and the effect of each process on the overall delay on the system based on μc/os II. The experimental results indicate that this system can realize transmitting 10 bytes of process data within 154 μs and this provide a feasible solution for industrial real-time monitoring.
