針對滑翔彈飛行控制系統半實(shí)物仿真平臺研制中的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題—仿真實(shí)時(shí)性與一體化建模,建立了一套基于Windows操作系統的半實(shí)物仿真平臺,開(kāi)展了在較低成本的工業(yè)控制計算機上實(shí)現高效、實(shí)時(shí)的飛控系統半實(shí)物仿真研究。文中采取了Real Time Extension(RTX)插件擴展系統實(shí)時(shí)性的方案,既滿(mǎn)足了仿真平臺1ms精確定時(shí)的要求,又大幅降低仿真平臺的成本；結合Simulink軟件高效、安全的基于模型設計的解決方案,建立了擴展實(shí)時(shí)Windows系統下自動(dòng)生成代碼與手工代碼混合編程的方法,重點(diǎn)解決了一體化建模方案在實(shí)時(shí)平臺中的集成問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行了仿真平臺實(shí)時(shí)性能測試。最后完成了發(fā)射高度為海拔4 800 m,初始速度為202 m/s以及不同誤差組合條件下的滑翔彈半實(shí)物仿真試驗,整個(gè)飛行過(guò)程中側滑角都穩定在-3度與3度之間,滿(mǎn)足飛控系統穩定裕度要求。

Abstract:

Real-time and integrative-modeling are two essential problems in the research of Hardware-In-Loop Simulation (HILS) of gliding bomb. To resolve these problems at a low cost, the paper should establish a HILS platform based on the Windows system,investigate the method of HILS of high efficiency and real time. The paper adopts Real Time Extension(RTX) software to extend the real-time property of Windows system in order to satisfy the real-time request of 1 ms; At the same time, integrates Model-Based Design(MBD) of Simulink software to establish HILS platform under the extended system. The paper combines the automatic code and handwriting code in Visual Studio platform and the real-time property is tested. At last, the gliding bomb HILS experiment is tested under the height of 4 800 m and original velocity of 202 m/s, sideslip angle is between -3 and 3 deg within the whole flight which satisfying the request of stabilization.
