摘要:

介紹了一種基于STC單片機的紫外線(xiàn)火焰探測器。紫外傳感器采用OSRAM公司的SFH530-R,設計了傳感器信號處理電路獲取火焰信號的閃爍頻率及其輻射的紫外線(xiàn)強度,通過(guò)判斷傳感器輸出交流量的頻率及幅值來(lái)識別火焰,將直流量轉換成0~5V電壓信號輸出指示火焰強度。

Abstract:

This paper describes a UV flame detector based on STC microcontroller, the UV sensor is SFH530-R from OSRAM Company, a sensor signal processing circuit is designed to obtain the flame’s flicker frequency and its ultraviolet radiation intensity, by determining sensor output AC frequency and amplitude to identify the flame, and converted the DC signal into the voltage signal output 0~5V to indicate the flame intensity.
